Dates for the diary

Our term dates are published at the start of the academic year. However they are subject to change as the school may have events that we are not yet aware of that mean we cannot use the facilities. We will add these dates here as we know more.

Term dates 2024-2025

A full list of term dates are given below for the academic year 2024-25. We occasionally have to cancel dates when the school have an open day or event. We will give as much notice as possible in these circumstances. Any cancelled dates, for whatever reason, will be listed below.
Known dates we cannot run sessions
  • Thursday 10th October - Sessions cancelled due to staff shortage. Credit notes have been raised for these sessions.
  • Saturday 7th December - All sessions cancelled due to high winds weather warning and routes in/out of Tetbury being blocked. Credit notes will be raised for these sessions.
  • Monday 10th February - Sessions cancelled due to staff shortage. Credit notes will be raised for these sessions.
  • Saturday 22nd March - Squad and development sessions cancelled as the gymnasts will be attending an external competition. The recreational session will run as normal.
