Continuing professional development (CPD) is an important process and we are committed to ensuring our coaching team remain up to date on new developments within the sport, but can also expand their knowledge and skills. This often leads to progression within the coaching levels, and with that comes progression of pay as well. We encourage our staff to engage in regular CPD to ensure we're delivering quality gymnastics. For those that wish to succeed in their coaching careers, we offer support towards training and mentoring.
