GymnastsTetbury Gymnastics club offers recreational gymnastics for girls and boys from age 5 upwards, and squad and development places by invitation only. For those who are complete beginners to those who have some previous experience, we can find something for you.

If you would like to place your child on the waiting list, please complete the form linked below. We will then get in touch when a space becomes available. We welcome waiting list enquiries from those under our starting age as well. These youngsters will remain on our list until they are old enough to join. Coaches & gymnastic assistant volunteers
Tetbury Gymnastics Club is run by paid coaches accredited with British Gymnastics qualifications in coaching or instructing.
We also encourage gymnastic assistant volunteers who wish to start their coaching journey to gain experience and support them through the British Gymnastics qualifications. Volunteers can start from the age of 12.

Chaperones
To maintain British Gymnastics regulations, and to keep our gymnasts safe, we require at least two adults (aged 18+) in the gym at each session. Sometimes this is covered by our coaches, but as we encourage our gymnasts to move into coaching, we can't always cover this so we ask parents and other family members to help out. Volunteers
Tetbury Gymnastic Club is a volunteer committee run club. We therefore need a bank of volunteers to help make things happen. There are a number of ways you may wish to get involved:
Club Committee
There are specific roles, such as treasurer and welfare officer, as well as general committee members. These volunteers make decisions about the day to day running of the club. We meet about 4-5 times a year and have an active WhatsApp group for discussion between meetings. Contrary to popular belief, being a committee member is not a mammoth commitment, but it is vital that we have these volunteers, as without them, the club would cease to exist.
Event supporters
The club usually runs a competition and a display in each academic year. These need volunteers to support with setting up and packing away, running the refreshments, selling raffle tickets, taking entry fees, and so on. If we have more volunteers, we could run more fundraising events and help keep the regular fees low.
Advisers
Being volunteer led, we don't always find we have the expertise we need when we need it. We'd love to have volunteers who can offer the likes of HR advise, grant knowledge, marketing support, etc. These volunteers could be part of the committee or simply available to help when the committee need that kind of support.
