Club competition 2026 - routines

Below are the routines for the 2026 competition and a video to allow gymnasts to see what they should look like. All routines should start and finish with a present.

Recreational gymnasts - Floor and beam routines, and vault

Start lying on tummy, hands under chin, kick legs x4
Push up to front support (hold for 3 seconds)
Burpee

Arabesque (hold for 3 seconds)
Forward roll to straddle, stretch
Straddle fold (hold for 3 seconds)
Rock and roll to stand, stretch
Hands on hips, toe taps to the side x4 
Bunny hop, stretch
Cross one foot over the other, arms to the side and stretch to finish
